"We had a lot of 2 large luggage and 4 carry ons when we arrived at the front, but there was no help until we stepped inside the building. The security and guest associate just looked at as and at least opened the glass doors. My mother is elderly also she struggles to walk on her own, so my priority was her safety. Everything else is great, perhaps a bit of critical thinking from the staff wouldve made this review a 5 star."

"Place was busy specially at the entrance because of the casino but it was quite and relaxing on the hall way towards the hotel rooms Nice place , will be back the next time we travel to clark and kudos to all the staff who are friendly and professional We had a wonderful time"

"The rooms is super clean and the room is huge. The bathroom is not so renovated but its clean and full of toiletries. Everything you may need is there. Its close to everything mall, transportation. The front desk were so accomodating and the staff were so nice. "

"We had a wonderful stay at The First Clark Hotel & Residence. The entire place is very clean, quiet, and well‑maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more comfortable. Having a washer/dryer inside the room was a big bonus and added so much convenience. We hope they continue keeping the property in this brand‑new condition. We’ll definitely come back again."
