"Two staff members went above and beyond, however all of the others couldn’t hide displeasure with having to wait for us to use Google translate to communicate. We consistently did our best. (When you work in hospitality, wouldn’t you expect that?) There is no area to sunbathe in a clothing optional space. The description felt disengenuous once we determined this. Building is not modern or updated, but is very very basic. Fun parties on weekends though. "

"O Hotel apresentou de difícil localização, acesso ruim, péssimo serviço de quarto, sem limpeza durante estadia, sem troca de toalhas, café da manhã bom em um dia e péssimo em outros dois dias, sendo servido até frutas estragadas. Precisei de mais um dia além do contratado e me cobraram o dobro do normal, mesmo sendo em dia de semana e o hotel estava praticamente vazio (uso de má fé e aproveitando da ocasião para tirar proveito comercial próprio), falta de profissionalismo e honestidade."

"Pra começar fizemos reserva de um quarto com café da manhã para 2 e não havia café da manhã na pousada só fomos informadas na hora que descemos para o mesmo, aí a funcionária me passou o numero do dono da pousada para eu resolver, me devolveu um valor absurdo, pousada sem nenhuma informação sobre venda de comida nenhum atrativo à noite o dono da pousada foi lá e destratando os funcionários na frente dos hóspedes falando bastante alto. Único ponto forte e a localização de frente para lagoa perem...

"Ficamos na suite 17 eu e meu esposo Erik, é bem corrido pra quantidade de funcionárias,mas enfim ao subi já pedi balde e rodo pq com vento vai ter areia de todo jeito, chuveiro cai pouca água acredito que seja falta de manutenção e ducha higiênica está com vazamento fora isso tranquilo.Eu limpava a todo momento pq a cada saída era areia no sapato....So deviam fazer convênio com os caras que faz travessia da ilha pra cidade pq turista paga o dobro,injusto vc sair 3 x ao dia como saímos e pagar 3$...

"We stayed at the hotel with family and friends for a week to attend a wedding It was very convenient, in a safe area and is well maintained. the housekeeping staff do a great job We ate at Canto several times - Food and service is excellent During our stay there was a festival lunch in the Grand Ballroom - the buffet spread, music and service was marvellous The highlight for us was The Grand Club. Such helpful, kind and pleasant staff and a good selection of food at breakfast and cocktail hour, Only negative was that despite booking numerous rooms, an upgrade for two nights was declined, apart "
