The staff here were not hospitable, and seemed to not like English-speaking guests (when they themselves spoke English). For instance, my room's safe did not work on the second day. When I called down for assistance, I was put on hold and hung up on *twice*. When I visited the desk to say the wi-fi in my room did not work, they said I needed to go to my room and dial 9 - when they could have just done this from their own phone. No one explains the beach towel pick-up clearly. And then, they will tell you they can book a tour for you, but when we asked them to on our way out, we came back at the end of the day and given a card, telling us we could book it ourselves.
Also, we had been to breakfast four times before we were offered made -to-order options; no one bothered to tell us and it isn't obvious.
As for the room, decently equipped, but how can a beachfront hotel have no place to hang a wet suit in your room? Rugs was stained, sheets were coarse and not comfortable.
