"We stayed there in between hotel checkout, and a late night flight so just basically a nap and a shower. Surprisingly, very quiet for Rio. Clean room really great communication with the host. My only concern was the shower curtain that kept falling. That’s literally the only complaint I have, other than that, everything else was great."

"The biggest problem with the hotel is there is no maid service. One towel for 6 days, no cleaning. I saw the maids in the hallway with a stack of fresh towels and took one, hysteria ensued. Turns out that's R$5. Give it to the front desk, not sure if it reached the right place. Hotels.com messaged me "Sorry but we just rent apartments in —- and Expedia. We dont have hotel services" A hotel without hotel services (and I didn't rent an apartment on Expedia). Also, the shower leaks badly....

Der Mitarbeiter beim Check in verstand unser Problem und konnte die letzte Anzahlung stornieren, auf 80% der Vorauszahlung warten wir. Es gibt innerhalb der Buchung nur die Möglichkeit, einen künstlichen Assistenten von Expedia zu erreichen, der nicht hilfreich ist. "
