« Notre chambre avait une porte communicant avec la chambre d’à coté , on entendait tous les bruits des voisins. La seconde nuit fut vraiment mauvaise car les clients de la chambre d’à coté ont débarqué à 2h30 en parlant fort et faisant bcp de bruits , ils ont même tenté d’ouvrir la porte communicante. L’ayant signalé à la réception, on nous a proposé en compensation d’ajouter des points à notre compte fidélité . Les points n’ont même pas été crédités . »

« The property was under construction and was kind of half done. For example, all but one wall in my room had the molding completed. The pool was disgusting, filled with hair. I didn't dare get in. Our toilet wasnt seated properly so it made the bathroom smell like suffer. There was what I hope was ketchup on the bottom of the chair in my room. Overall not good, especially for the cost, which was pretty pricey. »

« Room was dark. Only lighting was two table lamps with low wattage light bulbs. Made the room dingy. I used the flashlight on my phone. Staff seemed ok. »

« Only stayed a couple of nights and it was very clean. We used the pool and ate breakfast and both were great! Would stay here again. It felt pretty new. »

« Je recommande. Y compris pour y rester plusieurs jours. Moi je n’étais de passage que pour une nuit mais vraiment bien à tout point de vue. Seul bémol peut être le côté peu chaleureux du personnel à l’accueil. »

« Our room was right next to the freeway and was SO loud we didn’t get any sleep the first night! We asked the front desk if we could switch rooms but weren’t able to due to the hotel being full, so they offered earplugs (which we got) and a noise machine which they brought to us! »

« While the room was very clean, the fridge in the room smelled terrible and caused the whole room to smell. No other rooms available. Also tacked on extra fees at check in because the reservation didn’t show correctly in their system. An event next door at the Ford arena caused the parking lot to be full out front, there was parking out back, but no back door so we had to pack everything around the hotel. « Room was very clean, beds were very comfortable, person working front desk was very welcoming and helpful. Only downside was pool closing at 10 for an hour for maintenance. We (along with lots of other families) were still enjoying the pool at that time. 11 would have a been a lot better. We specially chose that hotel for the pool and then only got to enjoy it for 30 min. »

« Les gens à la réception était non recevable. On est arrivé 2 heures avant l’heure permise pour checkin, en premier c’était 70$ usd, ensuite c’était 70$ usd pour les 2 chambres. On est revenu à 14:30 et encore même si les chambres étaient disponibles, non il fallait payer les 70$. Aucune ouverture non plus à nous donner un petit qqc parce qu’on quittait 30 minutes avant l’ouverture du déjeuner. La chambre était très bien, propre et tranquille, qui est l’essentiel selon moi. »
