"Clean "

"Hot tub was not hot and jets did not work. Wifi did not work. Plug for the bathtub did not work. People above us were exceptionally load. Also, the bed was very soft on one side and firm on the other side. Very disappointed so that we left 1 day early."

"The hotel room was misleading in the ad. The beds were old and the mattress and pillows were lumpy and over worn. Wallpaper was peeling away. There was mold and the door casings had holes. It was just old and kinda janky. I guess I had higher expectations. The best part was the Wolf restaurant which exceeded my expectations. "

"The room and the property in general was very clean and well maintained. However, the bathroom was not stocked with soap and even after asking, the soap was not delivered in time. Had to go back to the front desk and pick it up. Moreover, there is no place in the shower where the bar soap can be placed!"

"Rhe room was very clean. It was pet friendly in all the rooms with no smell, which was nice. I would have to say that some of the staff were lacking though. The first night I checked in, there were three people in the lobby, they were not very friendly at all, I realize that it was very late but come on, show some courtesy to people checking in, common courtesy would be nice. Also, one night we ran out of toilet paper and we had to call down THREE times to the lobby and FINALLY the guy who came in later in the evening had to come to our room and drop off the toilet paper himself. The person who was behind the desk before him didn’t even tell him we needed toilet paper. My toddler was asleep, so I couldn’t go myself to get it. Just left a bad impression on me. The room had a beautiful view of Lake Tahoe though. "
