PLEASE NOTE: This is a THREE story home so there are two full flights of stairs you will need to climb in order to reach the top level where the main living area is located.

My husband and I are the caretakers for this home and we live in the mother-in-law unit on the bottom level next to the garage so we share a brief entrance, but the entire 5BR house you see in the pictures is privately yours during your stay. You will barely notice our presence other than passing by our door to get to the house.

Essentials Provided: Linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, lotion, TP, paper towels, coffee, salt, pepper, cooking spices, dish soap, new sponge every turnover, laundry detergent and more.

You have 100% private access to the 5BR house but there is a brief shared entry way before the units split off so you could possibly see your hosts in the entryway as you are coming and going, say hi if you see us, we are friendly!

HOUSE RULES: No parties, No Smoking, No Pets, max occupancy of 10 persons strictly enforced, parking for no more than 3 cars, no loud music or hot tub use after 9:00pm per city ordinance. We live in a quiet neighborhood so please enjoy Tahoe while respecting our neighbors.

Our Home is located in a quiet neighborhood in Roundhill Village only two miles from town and less than a mile to the lake, it`s so nice to be so close! We have a full sized grocery store (Safeway), a nail salon, post office, fitness center, coffee shop, and several restaurants in our neighborhood only a few blocks away from us. A two mile drive (or $15-20 uber ride) will find you to the Casinos, Gondola, and Heavenly Village where all the action is! You will find shopping, dining, and activity recommendations in the house manual upon arrival.

Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM (County Ordinance).
Regulations During Quiet Hours:
- HOT TUB USE IS FORBIDDEN DURING QUIET HOURS.
- No loud music or excessive noise.
- Occupancy, hot tub use, and noise are closely monitored and regulated.
- Non-compliance may result in a $1,000 fine.

General Restrictions:
No parties or gatherings allowed at any time.
No smoking inside the property.
Minimum Age requirement to book: 25

During your stay, please be aware that Lake Tahoe is home to bears. Keep food secure and follow local guidelines to avoid encounters.

Kindly be aware that after your booking is confirmed, a rental agreement and ID verification will be sent for you to complete to stay in compliance with local laws.
