"Charming dutch property with narrow stairs. Centrally located in Zaandam with very convenient access to shopping, restaurants and only a 10 minute walk from the railway station. The staff were so very helpful and responsive."

"Rooms were spotlessly clean , plenty of space , and the bed was so comfortable!! We even got some vouchers for free drinks in the bar as r rooms wernt ready the staff where very helpful"

"I have to give a bad review because the check in is at 3pm and the password of the doorkey of the room was provided at 6:58pm, i tried to email them and call them and there was no possible way to contact this hotel, i never recieve an answer, i only recieve the password in a diferent email, no apologies and no reply over my emails "
