The hotel was mostly great! Good location - close to chania without being right in the old town. We had a hire car so we were able to park right on the street outside usually.
The staff could be a bit friendlier, I found some of them to be somewhat rude and dismissive of our concerns.
The air conditioning needs maintenance. We raised it wasn’t working which was basically dismissed by the receptionist. She checked it herself and made her own confirmation that it was fine?? The air con literally had an error code saying it needed maintenance. We had it set at 16 degrees the entire time and I can tell you did not get below 21/22 at any point. This meant it took ages for the room to cool down.
This was a bit disappointing because the rest of the hotel was good

No parking, except one side of the street. Hotel under renovation, noisy concrete breaking and heavy equipment moving. TV did not work, phone did not work. Air conditioning would not work correctly. Room service ends at 6:30. Pool is the size of a park fountain.
