"This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve had.
We specifically booked this hotel because we were told the room had air conditioning. It didn’t. Our room was on the top floor, and the heat coming through the ceiling made it unbearably hot. Sleeping was almost impossible.
The lift was also out of service, meaning we had to climb several flights of stairs every time we left or returned to our room, which was especially frustrating in the extreme heat.
We completed a wake-up call...
