"The staff were wonderfully kind. However our bathroom door was off its hinges, and I called to report it and the hotel apologized and said there was open rooms to move to, but they would have maintenance come and fix it; no one came. There was no housekeeping done during our three night stay. Shuttle was convenient! Breakfast was acceptable; lots of families with lots of kids staying so they ran out of things very quickly, had to get there early for even a small chance at bacon or a waffle. "

From start to finish, everything was seamless — check-in and check-out were both smooth and easy. It was such a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and we would definitely love to stay here again.
