"The staff was very friendly and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. My only real issue was that the room smelt like smoke. They said it's a smoke free room but the smell was awful. People would step right outside their room to smoke and it would linger into everyone else's room as well. Maybe set up a designated smoking area and enforce it."

"While the hotel was very clean and the design was really cute and different. The one thing that turned me off was that I was charged $12 a day to park my car yet I was not informed of this and I didn’t know it until I got my bill. There was no communication about having a car, other than letting me know that I had to park beyond the gate and use my key card to get in."
