"Well I booked a queen bed and I got the insurance and when I showed up I was told that they don't have any queen beds they only have two doubles and it was a non-smoking room. So I didn't get to sleep with my wife we had to sleep in separate beds the room used to be a smoking room because they were cigarette Burns on the edge of the bathtub the floor in the bathroom was coming up there were stains and all sorts of crap in the sink the air conditioning fan was only on low it wouldn't go to medium or high. So they gave away my room to someone else even though I paid for the insurance the room was a wreck the check-in was a disgrace the lady had to get up twice and go to the back room and speak in Spanish so I wouldn't understand what she was saying so from beginning to end it was a nightmare will not be staying there again and I recommend anybody thinking about staying there you find somewhere else. I also wasn't given a discount of any kind for them giving away my room which is again horrible horrible business. So my experience might be different from others so it's up to you whether you want to give them a shot or not. But my recommendation is stay away"

"Adequate for an overnight stay near the airport. The design and intended amenities are good but the place is not in amazing shape. Some suites are better maintained than others. No problems with hot water or anything like that. Decent beds. The staff are a mixed bag. Some are professional and fine examples of the Hilton brand. Breakfast was good. No complaints about food at all. You can have a decent coffee but tea or hot chocolate can be forgotten about - the “hot water” is tepid. So, perfectly adequate. Not "

"The hotel was very dated, the room looked like it was from 1970 “ yes I’m old enough to remember 1970) the rug was bunched up in a tripping hazard in many places in the center of the room. The bedspread had pools in it and looked like it’s been worn out for 10 years the couch I wouldn’t even sit on.. I would expect to see this room at a red roof in and not where I paid $200 with tax and all included. During checkout couldn’t even tell the front desk personnel because she was talking to her girlfriend on the phone the entire time and never asked me a single question.. Very disappointed . I would absolutely never stay there again"
