Willington Vacation Packages

The hotel itself was ok, but the rude, unhelpful staff made it a zero. Every day we had to ask for towels and bathroom supplies. The housekeeping staff is extremely rude. We waited hours to receive washcloths. We asked for our TV to be fixed two nights in a row. So we were without a TV for 2 days of our stay. The bathroom sink was leaking water so much that we had to put towels on the floor. When we called the front desk to notify them, her response was, "Umm, do you want me to send someone up?" No, how about we turn the bathroom into a swimming pool. The entire stay was terrible due to the staff. Parking is also limited because the entire back lot is reserved for buses. Do not recommend!

The property was clean and the keyless entry for Hilton members was perfect . Our room was in a convenient location near the parking lot on the first floor for our short two night stay . Staff was friendly , Hotel was quiet . The only complaint was the refrigerator in the room was extremely loud at random times. It started as a low hum and then would get increasingly louder upon opening and or closing , but then would quiet on its own
