The only thing no mic or frig gd price moving forward i will make sure we have both but for the price it was perfect 10/10

I was assigned a room for my one night stay. I locked the door and used the safety bar as well which was a very good thing, as at 12:43 am my door was unlocked and someone was yelling to get in. I could see light from the hallway coming into the room, but the safety latch saved me from having a total stranger enter my room. I went to the door and informed the gentleman that the room was occupied and then closed the door. My question to the staff: when you assign a room number isn’t there some type of flag in your system so that you don’t assign the same room to another customer? It was a bit scary to be woken up by someone who has unlocked your hotel room door but thankfully couldn’t enter.

We have always had great time at Holiday Express’s lodging service food is always great. Front desk was so very helpful & polite also very knowledgeable. Thank you Southington Holiday Express

Stayed in the 1 bedroom loft. Which is super huge. Full kitchen. You have to get through 2 doors to get into the building which made me feel secure. Had small store area that gave you the option to charge items to your room. The free breakfast was fantastic with a lot of options to choose from. Staff was very professional
