Staff were outstanding; Malak and Shahin were such a joy and treat at the front desk! The views from property where outstanding and breathtaking. End of the property driveway to one can buy a street an buy tram/bus tickets to take you short ride into city center. The zoo is just right next door, although didn't get a chance to go, so many wonderful things to do! Malik and Shahin

What a disappointment. We have stayed there for years. Now the prices have doubled, the rooms are smaller, and the staff is not nearly as welcoming. Must be under new ownership. Will be looking for another gem hotel in Zurich for our next trip there.
