« Très bon hôtel. Extrêmement propre, et avec un personnel très aimable. Le petit déjeuner est un peu...bizarre...(self service dans le couloir), mais les chambres étant très grandes, avec des magasins très proches, on peut facilement acheter un petit déjeuner pas cher et revenir le prendre dans la chambre. Les chambres sont très grandes, cuisine, avec tous les ustensiles nécessaires. J'y retournerais sans hésiter. »

« Brilliant place to stay as a family, very clean and lovely place to stay, location by a private farm in the sticks you’re surrounded by grass, views, water and horses it’s beautiful. Great size accommodation and with modern kitchen and bathroom making staying here great. Located close to mainly areas, Beamish, Newcastle, Durham etc. Can’t recommend this place enough a lovely cozy warm stay. »

« Arrived to find directions sent us to the wrong place. Arrived at apartments and checked in. Room on 2nd floor. No TV remote. 50% of LED spotlights not working. No light switch near bed (so had to stumble through dark room to bed). No reading lights. So eventually to bed. Next morning dived in shower (quite good) to find NO TOWELS. Very disappointed »

« First time in Newbiggin and enjoyed it, the town has plenty of resources- a corner shop just round the corner and pubs, takeaways, cafes and a couple of restaurants, a small craft ale bar too. There’s going to be a new bar/café opening any day now just over the road down on the beach which will be handy (and as it’s low down shouldn’t cause any problems). « Great location and views to die for. Parking a bit tight but lovely neighbours who were happy to move cars around. We used the property as a base to attend a wedding and extended our stay to visit Alnwick and Holy Island - Newbiggin is a little tired and rundown and there isn’t a lot to do in the local area. »

« We had issue with our original property. However, it was esybto communicate with the staff and they promptly moved us to a different property which is even much more better than the previous. Staff were courteous and responded to our needs promptly. Its been less than a few days we moved out. Hence, i am awaiting a refund of the deposit paid. « Stayed as a solo traveller for a gig at the local theatre. Hotel has a great location on the sea front, with many restaurants close by. The town centre is only a short walk away too. My single room was quite big, clean but sparsely furnished - comfortable enough though. TV and shower were decent so couldn't complain. Staff are top notch, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was outstanding with top quality ingredients - far better than a few 4 star hotels I've been in recently. »
