«  The Jarvis Point home might be the most fantastic VRBO home that we have ever visited. It is true waterfront and outstandingly so - it is probably 30feet from the shore. It offers an unbelievably panoramic view of the waterfront, especially from the bedroom on the third floor. We found the home most suited for a couple with youngsters, or a couple with a young adult as was the case for us. It is an outstanding home and a special place with every amenity. »

« It was very small. Bathroom shower was slippery and unsafe. Property was very neat, clean, well-stocked, and check-n was easy. HVAC system was wonderful. We could not walk down to the dock due to having knee replacement surgery and no handrails. Very little to no shade from the sun even on the back porch. »

« We just got back from a long weekend at the Crab Shack. We had such a great time at this lovely spot. Could not have been more comfortable or relaxing. We turned the AC to 71 degrees, yet the WYZE thermostat kept remotely changing to 79 degrees. It was about 95 degrees outside, so we couldn’t find any relief from the heat. « The property is very secluded, You feel like the world is behind you. It is peaceful and quiet, The sound of nature will be the only symphony you’ll hear. I love the private beach area. We fished and caught some crab on the boat deck. The house is a bit old but that is where the charm is. There was some bug in the house but that was expected. Overall we had great time. »
