It was amazing. It got upgraded for free and the CN Tower was right outside my window. The check in girl, Zara, was sweet and listened to my story about how long the day was . Such a beautiful spot. Would definitely stay there again.

Booked and confirmed. Showed up and told no power , no water. I know it’s not the property owners fault , but absolutely no reason they couldn’t have contacted me before the 8 hour drive there , I arrived before check in and went to the office rang the doorbell and called serval times with no answer, then emailed them and a few minutes later someone came out and said my reservation was canceled. I asked why they didn’t call or email hours ago … he said everyone knew about it ? Apparently yes locals but not out of town travellers.
They could have a least emailed me , call or contacted Expedia and notified them of the cancellation. After leaving the entire area was without power, so drove back 8 hours.
Better communication would have avoided this.

"Beautiful scenic property, with views of the ocean from all rooms. Breakfast was decent, at least boiled eggs with the continental choices A little hard to find from the main road. Driving into property, dirt road with potholes. No restaurants close for dinner so plan ahead"
