Enough parking (round the back), staff for entry were polite and helpful and the rooms were very cosy and chic, would stay again :)

Very helpful staff, early checkin was possible and the room was amazing in that it was quirky and different but also a high standard, comfortable and clean. Filtered water was on every floor, well kitted out gym although we didn't get chance to use it. Breakfast was fantastic, quick service and the bar staff where very helpful The hotel is located very central in Manchester so super convenient for anything, there was a little noise from ironically the hotel outside bar in the afternoon but that was turned off around 10 and then it was very peaceful.

This was a lovely little business . Lovely polite owners running a well maintained property . It’s not luxury, but it’s clean warm and has everything you need for a stop over .
