"It was nice 4 day break for the family. I contacted the owner, John, after booking, he was very helpfull. He arranged the booking of the ferries which saved us well over £100. There was some work going on the ground behind the house, they were very discrete so it didn't really effect us. There are some very nice and uncrowded beaches around Yarmouth area. Overall it was a very pleasant experience."

Bigger than I needed but a great price, would easily take a family; nice kitchen with all facilities, oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge, and provided with drinks (tea/coffee), milk, bread, butter, and cake. "Spacious, good location. Lovely property but showing signs of wear. Loose taps, shower smelt damp, kitchen floor missing in one place. Booked for 6 people but only beds made up to sleep 5- rang to tell the host who said more bedding would be dropped off but this wasn’t. Luckily found some in the cupboard and we had to make the spare bed up ourselves. Cobwebs and parts missed to be cleaned but otherwise a lovely stay in a peaceful location."

"Great great location. Don’t need to stay near the pier and pay their price. Great value at this hotel, clean , modern,well maintained and excellent location. Bar and restaurant on site so no need to venture out hunting for something. Many friends stay near pier for pre cruises but way more expensive while this hotel is only 10 minutes to pier was way more cost effective. Uber was only 8 pounds. Definitely recommend this hotel for all singles couples and family."

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the ships and Gunwharf Quay shops, cheap/free parking was another bonus. We would return to this hotel."
