The place is well kept but not spotless. The staff is very nice. It has a weird checkin where you stand at a podium and they use a laptop. The dining area/bar look great, but we didn't use it. We just stayed 1 nite before our cruise and the hotel served its purpose. Its safe with places to eat all around.
