« First the good: clean as a whistle. Great location. A good setup for our group. Cons: inadequate kitchen linens. Two bar rags for each kitchen. No dish towels. No dish pan. The mattresses were waaay past their prime and insufficient bed linens. We should have figured it out ahead of time but there’s no ac so bring fans . The weather was perfect so it wasn’t a real problem for us but if it was hot it would’ve been awful. »

« This property was so beautiful and perfect for us 8 young adults and two kiddos, a baby and a toddler. We mostly relaxed around the house and on the beach with easy up the stairs access if we needed to run back to grab anything. The deck was huge and shaded with beautiful trees surrounding it. The communication was instant when I had a question. We would definitely book again! »

« This place was amazing. Roomy 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Spending time in Grand Rapids and Holland Michigan so the location was in between both and so easy to find. The place came with everything we needed. There was a pond and a walking trail, dog park and beautiful grounds. The place was spotless and nice decor. Would stay there again »

« We decided to visit Saugatuck for a few days (it had been many years since we had been there). We wanted a place with great reviews that allowed our sweet golden retriever to accompany us. This place surpassed our expectations! This property is immaculate and was very tastefully appointed inside. The location was perfect, both to get to downtown as well as to a beautiful inter urban trail (Mildred Peterson Nature Preserve) nearby for nature ( and dog) walking. »

« The house was well appointed. Clean and more spacious than I expected. Really liked the areas across the back with windows facing the lake. many comfortable chairs and a large couch. Instead of futons there are pull out couch/beds. One in the breezeway between the garage and the house. The other is in the dinning area. It happened we did not use either.
