Guest access: This property is a 2 unit complex with separate entrances and private garages (Similar to a condo with each homes garage separating each unit). Guests will have access to 1 of the 2 units. The only conjoining wall is the sides of the garages to ensure maximum privacy. This property includes a shared driveway. Worried about having bad neighbors? Don't be! My sibling is the one who live in the second unit and promises to be quiet neighbors. Austin made it easy and was very responsive. Read fine print as this is a duplex where Austin lives next door yet we never heard a peep! HUGE backyard/fire pit/hot tub main entrance is through lower level main bedroom. Great access by driving for all the local beach towns and Hope campus/downtown Holland. Comfortable accommodations and seems very recently renovated. Close to the downtown area with lots of Restaurants, shopping and a great farmers market twice a week. Lovely fire pit that we used every evening. The owner not only set it up ready to go for our first evening but cleaned it up each day! Plenty of firewood and essentials on premise. There is also a nice hot tub however we did not get a chance to use it. The entire stay did not disappoint! ##### Nancy G. We rode the included bikes to the very close Hope college campus, and all around downtown Holland. We felt that it was very private and a nice and cozy space to stay in. We got in late and were so tired. The house was perfect. So cozy and clean, the most comfortable bed we have ever had outside of our own. We were very thankful for this place and the owner was amazing! Highly recommend, I wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the bikes, hot tub and beautiful backyard with a fire pit. If we are ever in the area again we would love to stay again. ##### Tisha E. It was very comfortable and in a great location! We enjoyed our stay here. There was plenty of room for our family. There was plenty of dinnerware and kitchenware available. The house was in perfect shape, very well maintained, and incredibly clean. It is super apparent that the host and his family work hard to keep it in tip top shape. The host himself is super easy to work with and communicate with. He was very helpful offering suggestions on best places to park and visit in downtown holland. 10/10 would stay here again. ##### Kyle Z.
