"There was no free breakfast. Cost was 10.00 during week 14.00 on weekend. Also they charge you 50.00 a night for incendentals.so add that to your room price they refund it if you dont use it for anything . Hotel was nice was in great location. But 2.00 for water .restaurant was expensive. The shop in lobby was high and they charge to your room ."

"Great place to stay! The room was large and extremely clean. The location so close to the highway made getting to work easy. The full size fridge was a bonus. The staff was helpful and very friendly. Hats off to Kevin for how quickly he solved my broken desk chair problem. I will absolutely recommend Suburban Studios!"

"I enjoy the amenities and will come back again. Hopefully next time they’ll replace the maraschino cherries with a good dark cherries that you use in an old-fashioned. I had dinner at the fine dining restaurant L VK. It was hard to get a reservation yet. No one was really there when I arrived it was puzzling that the host has tried to see me beside the door when there were so many other tables available I requested away from the door and was moved My waiter was charming. He took time to understand my questions and I appreciated his help. The casino was very clean. I just wish there was more waitresses coming around offering drink drinks."

"Front desk clerk was rude and inattentive. Would not come out of her office until a maintenance person asked if I’d been helped and went to find her. This reservation was prepaid through the app. Front desk clerk insisted that an additional occupancy tax that wasn’t included in the prepayment total must be paid. It is a reasonably nice hotel, better than most others in this price range but the staff and the additional fee make me commit to avoiding this hotel in the future."

"Let me start with the property was fine. The room was fairly clean, at least as clean as my own house. The bed was big with lots of pillows and while not the best mattress, firm and comfortable. I was able to change the HVAC easily for my needs. TV remote gave me some issues but I figured it out. Breakfast, especially the coffee, was PHENOMENAL! Best hotel breakfast I've ever had! Coffee machine is fantastic! Now...I did have one issue....Checking in was a nightmare! I called multiple times to let the staff know that I wouldn't be there until around 10 PM and each time they said that wouldn't be an issue. I got there right around 10 PM and NO ONE WAS THERE! I had to wait for 30 minutes for the Front desk person to return and check me in! After a long day and in the middle of a HUGE thunderstorm that was not what I expected. I did find out that the front desk guy had an asthma attack and had to run out to the local pharmacy for a rescue inhaler. He had no backup and the "back in 5 minutes" sign was just insulting. I am glad that he was okay. I also asked for a ground floor room near an exit and I got one but that exit was closed off due to construction....grrrr! Then when asking where to park, I got a "you can park anywhere" response which wasn't what I was looking for! I wanted to know how I could park and unload my stuff NEAR MY ROOM! I used to work the nightshift at a hotel. So I expected better from the staff. Breakfast alone makes this place worth it!"
