Wells Vacation Packages

It was nice that I was moved to another affiliated hotel after a flood at Red Garter…that was suppose to be an upgrade “Nugget” but it is very dated with stains on the carpet. The heater also did not work so the room was very cold. I mentioned it at checkout and the clerk acted like he didn’t hear me. I never stayed at the Red Garter but if The Nugget is an upgrade I have to really consider whether the low price is worth it. I didn’t contact the desk to check the heater as it was 11pm and figured no one could do anything.

Montego Bay never disappoints. Very nice clean, quiet, spacious room.

Easy walking distance/ Rooms were okay not really that great the rooms were really dirty but the sheets were clean so thats a plus / we didnt have cold water the first night / super hot hot in yhe roomsand no fridge or microwave. / but the nuggets casino personally was my favorite!!

The people at the coffee shop in the hotel were rude and acted like we were bothering them.

This property is a hotel resort and casino. We look forward to playing on the casino floor and it turns out they are doing an upgrade, which meant that if you had a win at the machines they had to hand pay you instead of receiving a ticket. It was extremely cumbersome and took away the fun. They also couldn't print players cards that customer wasn't eligible for any of the rewards. We have a non refundable reservation and had seven 7 hrs. It would have been appropriate to give us a discount on the room and/or a coupon for a meal.
