"I stayed a week and a half to visit family. I have to say the staff is so wonderful! Very helpful and kind. I travel all over the country and it is hard to find good staff who love their jobs. The lobby is beautiful and well kept and the food was amazing! Would have liked to use the indoor pool but the heater was not working so it was too cold. The room was a little disappointing however. Overall it was clean but it is fully carpeted so I always feel like they are most likely never shampood and it seems kind of unsanitary. The couch had a few stains right away I dont feel comfortable relaxing on it. The attention to detail was not the best ( examples : bed skirt was worse and worse with each bed change, the curtains were coming off the rods and no one fixed this). The shower had zero water pressure which I did bring up to the front desk. I didn't make an issue of the rest. The TV are really really small for the space and are not smart tvs which surprised me also. Overall I had a great stay , great location and A+++ staff! Just need to clean up the details."
