« Set in a beautiful village this accomodation stands out withbits exterior decor. Parking is a short walk away and not onsite but this isnt gar and not a problem. We were greeted by a wonderful ladybwhonwas full of smiles, verybfriendly and appeared tonreally enjoy her job. She showed us to our room and left us to unpack. The room was big enougb fornthe 2 of us and had a good sized ensuite shower room. The rooms facilities were excellent. Smart tv, wifif and smart heating as well as a kettle...

« Hotel bien situé à l'écart des villages et proche d'une nature superbe. Malheureusement décor un peu vieillot et ....clientèle idem! Peut être les inconditonnels du charme de la vieille angleterre apprécieront (?). A noter que nous avions une des chmabres les moins chères (propre mais petite) mais cela ne change rien à notre avis sur l'atmosphère de l'hötel. Nous avons changé d'hotel dàs la 2ème nuit (même si tout avait été règlé d'avance et non remboursable!..). Ce n'est même pas une bonne...

« He been to the BGL twice in the last month and have enjoyed both stays. First hotel I’ve been to that has no reception or staff in general, with keys and information left on a table on the way in. No matter though, I’m there to sleep and shower and that’s about it! It’s situated right on the beach which gives you the most incredible view out of the window and it’s close to local pubs and a few other conveniences. « Booked just one night as a last minute getaway. Stayed in the Penthouse which has a large blacony with spectacular views of the surrounding countryside. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom great. The beams are low at the edges of the room but we are both tall and managed to avoid them :) I would highly recommend this place and will be staying here again in the future. »
