Beautiful room, wonderful breakfast, reasonable price to park in their lot on site. Hotel provided a complimentary bus pass, but we found it walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. Will definitely stay here again. Only issue was that the shower door didn’t seal properly and we had to mop up the floor with towels

Extremely Disappointing and Misleading Experience We booked this hotel based on the beautiful rooms pictured online, only to arrive and be placed in a completely different room that was old, shabby, small, and run down. It looked nothing like what we booked or what was advertised. When we questioned the room assignment, management argued with us rather than offering a reasonable solution. We were charged $1,400, and despite leaving the property within five minutes of arriving, the hotel refused to provide a refund. To make matters worse, the hotel uses old-fashioned keys attached to a heavy keychain that guests are expected to leave with the front desk every time they exit the property. There was also a full flight of stairs to climb with our luggage and absolutely no assistance offered. The contrast between the beautiful rooms used to market the hotel and the shabby room we were actually given was shocking. We felt completely misled. Paying $1,400 for a room we would not even stay in, only to be refused a refund, made this one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. Be very careful when booking. The room you see and reserve may not be the room you actually receive.
