"Nous avons demandé un check in plus tôt pour un mariage et le personne a été accommodant. La chambre était propre et les installations aussi. Le spa n'est pas trop chaud, le sauna est bien. La salle commune est accueillante. Le seul bémol, le restaurant adjacent ouvre seulement pour le souper et le choix de déjeuner se résume à quelques muffins emballés et croissants. Malgré tout, notre séjour s'est bien deroulé et nous sommes satisfaits."

"The hotel itself was very clean, the staff was very helpful, and breakfast was great. The walking distance to the Byward Market, Norte Dame, and Parliament area was reasonable, but the two block area closest to the hotel was pretty dicey at night for walking. The parking garage in the the hotel was fine, and we never ended up moving the car the 2 days we were there. The hop on hop off bus around Ottawa was a great way to see the city areas we couldn’t walk to."
