"Clean room, quiet environment and nice location. Cleaning ladies are nice and friendly. Just make sure you need to ask the front desk for info. I got no info at all regarding info such as the breakfast and wifi."

"Room was good, floored needed cleaned by the balcony (assuming someone left it open and the carpet got wet and dirty). Very slow check-in process. We were told we couldn't park outside the hotel entrance and that we will get a parking ticket. I asked where I could park and he told.me I couldnt"

"Property is located within easy walking distance of Ottawa’s bustling Byward Market. Great location. Unfortunately it is also in the heart of Ottawa’s hangout district for the homeless. This is not an indictment of the homeless. Their plight is more a failure of society than the individuals. Nevertheless on more than one occasion I felt very uncomfortable walking the gauntlet to/ from the hotel. Very nice hotel, location has its challenges."

"The location was perfect for diwntown Ottawa. Very family friendly. No breakfast is new standard , I get it , I dont have to like it , lol. The parking is only valet. It is better to take it because the area parking is the same price no matter what the service desk say. Valet is less hassle and worth the tip, added value, and experience."

"It was a breath of fresh air. I spent the whole trip outside as the weather was nice and the air was so fresh. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The host was helpful and very nice. He gave us options for hiking trails and areas to visit and is sociable " in a good way," say, “ Hi, how are you? Is everything okay?” The place is cozy and cute. During my stay, I was also able to do some coloring in the coloring books that were offered."
