This specific unit was clean and comfortable. The property management company was available and communicative. This property is in a great location —- walkable to beach and shopping. Kitchen essentials provided as well as beach towels and umbrella. Ice chests as well. Not much in the way of beach toys though… if you have young ones you’ll probably want to pick something up at the ABC store. All in all, a good stay…… we’ve stayed at other rentals in this complex before that were nicer. A few adjustments to this property would make it great. Clean the carpets (they’re very dirty and stained). Update couches. New sheets. And provide beach toys (volleyball, football, floaties, etc). A nice addition to the kitchen would be adding a small container of salt, pepper and olive oil. More laundry detergent pods too —- 2 pods for a family of 5over 10 days won’t do. ##### Ashleigh H.
