Nice room and super comfy beds. The hotel itself is nice and the gym is great but the hotel location is off a frontage road which was not walkable to surrounding restaurants etc

House cleaning need to improve tiles need to be mop , bathroom could be clean better .I reported that I found a Roach in the closet coming down from the vent and this was not a baby roach it was a good size roach.The security was very concerned but the customer service lady when I tolled about the roach she said it was the weather no concern at all from her she made it seem it was ok.I was not happy with her .But Security took more interest in this issue.We took pictures on this issue.

Ac didn’t work in our room when we arrive and we were moved to a new room at 0930pm. Staff was very nice. Carpets in the main area were pretty dirty. Grout in the bathtub was fixed with caulking. Housekeeping staff was excellent!

The construction work looks pretty amateur and the bed frame was quite shaky. The bed is very firm. Space is clean and staff is friendly and helpful. I do wish the shampoo and conditioner was not a 2 in 1 but separate for the curly haired folks. Space was good and was very convenient in location. I would stay here again.

The hosts were amazing, very accessible and helpful with the area. Stayed there for three nights, and the place is extremely clean and well stocked. It was especially nice to be able to do laundry right on the spot. Highly recommend.
