My daughter’s dirty clothes—placed directly next to her travel bag on the floor—went missing during our stay. We lost hundreds of dollars in high-end activewear, including a Lululemon jacket, a Vuori set, Alo socks, and a Vuori halter.
When I reported it, front desk staff claimed housekeeping "accidentally tossed" the clothes into the trash and that the refuse had already been collected. They refused to show camera footage to verify who entered the room, denied any theft, and insisted it was my mistake for leaving clothing near the bin. Considering how small the room trash cans are, it is completely unreasonable to claim a full wardrobe's worth of bulky clothes was mistaken for garbage.
Management took zero accountability and offered no compensation or reimbursement for our lost property—they simply comped a single breakfast. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of responsibility and security here. I would not recommend staying at a hotel that takes so little care of its guests' personal belongings.

"The staff were polite and helpful. The restaurant and bar area was clean and well maintained. The first floor walls and carpet were very worn. In the room paint was peeling off the doors. The shower was very good. Breakfast offered a varied selection and was replenished promptly"
