"We stayed in their island suite. It had a deep bathtub and separate shower. Beds were super comfortable. I always feel asleep right away as soon as my head hit the pillow. There was a separate living area with chairs and a small round dining table as well. It was a lovely stay! Pros: guards at every pick up/drop-off station around the clock. They called for a shuttle wherever we wanted to go whether to the lobby, the spa, or main gate. Large golf range, infinity pools, gym, stores, laundry service (which i used), and friendly, courteous staff. Cons: no elevator, only stairs Television was grainy and small, Breakfast buffet- limited protein selection (mainly scrambled eggs, fried eggs upon request only)"

The food was great, with a good variety and quality that we enjoyed. The location is convenient, right on the beachfront, making it easy to relax and walk on the strip. Overall, our stay was fun, comfortable, and enjoyable. We would gladly recommend Hennan Palm Beach and look forward to staying here again."

"Seda is always one of my go to staycation places in Cebu near Shopping mall and variety of restaurants. The staff are friendly, kind, and polite. Kudos to the parking staff forgot their names but they made our parking smooth and safe during holidays. Parking guard helped me to get parking ticket as as forgot to get one during our check-out. Thank you everyone for the memorable Christmas break and kids also enjoyed the complimentary cookies! Til next time! "

"I had a great experience at this hotel back when I was there towards the end of November 2025\. The establishment is in great condition, and clean They have an amazing staff make you feel welcome, and are attentive. I want to thank the butlers Janray and Don, Veron from the lobby, the concierges DJ (travel support), Jacilin, Reynaldo, Aniano, Monique, Cherry (tour travel coordination), Hannah (chef from executive lounge) who made and prepared delicious food, Shien and Nina from the lobby lounge, and the housekeeping team including Airene for the clean room.
