So not only are they still advertising valet parking but they’re charging the same for you to South Park that they were charging for valet. The facility seems to be getting worse each visit. The showers have grime and what looks to be mold or mildew in several spots. The evening staff on the first night was not friendly and even made a comment about people using third parties to book. The night staff the second night insisted the room they gave us had a couch which I paid for and it took me telling him my husband was in the room now for him to believe me and when shown a picture of the accent chair he suggested maybe it was a sofa chair. We were moved rooms. The water pressure dropped in the middle of the shower. We have stayed here numerous times in the past and it seems the place continues to go down hill. It’s very disappointing."
