"The hotel was very clean and our room was spacious. Our room was cleaned daily without having to ask. The breakfast was okay each day with a variety of options. My only complaint is with the water pressure in our room. We had very little water pressure in the sink and shower. Also, I wish there was an outside pool and hottub."

"The staff was very friendly, room was nice (although the couch smelled like feet) and cozy, view was stunning and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The only issue I had was with valet, where I had to wait quite some time for my vehicle on two occasions due to an area concert/event. Overall, I would recommend Hyatt Hotels for future trips."

"The only thing I had an issue with was that I requested late checkout (12, instead of 11) and was told I was all set. At 11 o’clock when I was trying to get a quick shower and load up my belongings, one of the staff was telling me I was supposed to be out by 11. I kept trying to explain that I had requested late checkout but she kept saying I had to go. I was somewhat annoyed bc the more time we went back and forth, the less time I had to get ready to check out."
