We loved this location and ease of check in. Plenty of room for four adults. The small kitchenette with hot pads and mini frig was useful. Would definitely stay here again!

I booked this hotel mainly because I saw reviews mentioning an airport transfer. Unfortunately, this was the biggest disappointment.
When we arrived, there was nobody at reception. We waited around 15 minutes before someone appeared to help with our luggage. The luggage was simply left in front of reception, rather than properly stored. Luckily, we had no valuables inside.
Our flight was at 9:00 am, and because of the new EES procedures, we wanted to arrive at the airport by 6:00 am. We asked about the airport transfer, and the receptionist told us to be ready at 5:40 am. We followed their instructions.
The next morning at 5:40 am, we brought our luggage downstairs. Of course, there was nobody at reception. We waited until 6:00 am, but there was still no sign of the promised airport transfer or any staff. In the end, we had to call a taxi ourselves. Luckily, we managed to get one. Otherwise, at 6:00 am there was nobody around and apparently no way to get to the airport.
The room was also not great. The window didn’t close properly and the street was noisy throughout the night. There is also no lift, which was not mentioned on Hotels.com — not ideal with heavy luggage.
