« Large house with lots of room! We are a family of 7 and there was definitely room for more. The views are great and falling asleep with the windows open listening to the waves was perfect! The house is under a bit of construction but we didn’t mind, nothing that prevents you from living life normally. The yard is in need of a clean up but again nothing that prevents you from living life. The beach is beautiful!! »

« We loved everything about our stay. We had gone up to go to the I-500, but decided to stay right where we were, it was so peaceful and lovely. The host is most generous and very hospitable. We thank you for a wonderful trip home. Oh, that's right, I forgot to tell you I'm from Rudyard and we come home about 3-4 times a year. So, we'll be seeing you again. Until next time..... « We loved the house and all of its charm. The view was amazing. Loved watching the freighters on their way to/from the Locks. We were there during both hot days (85) & cold (40). The ceiling fans kept the place very comfortable during the heat & the furnace kept us cozy when the weather turned. Great location with an amazing view! Convenient to gas, places to eat, groceries, and more. Host was responsive & helpful. We would love to return again! »

« Nestled in the woods and a short walk to the beach, this was a lovely cabin. We only had two in our party, but imagine it would be great for a multi-family trip. Kitchen was modern and had plenty of tools for cooking. Several local casual dining options as well as options a bit further away. Owner was easy to contact and was responsive. We visited the Shipwreck Museum and Tahquamenon Falls on a day-trip. Local area felt rustic, rural and somewhat secluded. »

« Waking up here for a week was wonderful! This stay checked a lot of boxes for us and was a great place for us to get out and explore a large portion of the U.P. The wonderful back porch and patio areas are the highlight of this property, with the gorgeous Pine River and a busy beaver to watch, the mornings here were wonderful. This property offers a lot of amenities, including handsoap, some sample toiletries, and linens. I was a bit surprised there wasn't any dishsoap, but being inexpensive...

« The property was just as listed. Nice space for a large group of women. We didn't need to use the cute little stove as the weather was warm. Two of us used the screened-in porch as a bedroom--such a nice view of the stars and great breezes! Kitchen was perfect for light cooking--everything there for our needs. Plenty of towels! Even plenty of hot water for showers--for a big group! »

« Did we enjoy our stay? Yes Would we like to stay there again? Yes But the cabin may not be for everyone.
