This hotel is fabulous! The attention to detail is what sets it apart. I travelled with my 7 year old daughter and she was very happy to be seen and catered for. She had her own small bed, welcome treats and gifts (Heidi is safely in South Africa) and amenities. We had late lunch at the Bar (the langoustine pasta is so good!)
The location is great! You can walk to most of the attractions like St Peter’s Cathedral, Old Town, Lake Geneva and great shopping across the river on Rue du Rhône.
This was ranked top out of 4 hotels which we stayed in on our European vacation. I highly recommend this hotel.

I think they should make some options for the kids club and nanny for kids 3-5 years old… because if you came with the kid to the hotel… there is nothing to occupy the kid, no option to take nanny service and to go for skiing and party lunch… other hotels has those options.
Restaurant prices are to high this year and menu is very limited… bagatelle prices for food were cheaper
