8.6/10 Excellent! (1,002 reviews)
The staff were so incredibly friendly. We came in late, and went to dinner late, still received a great meal and service.
Our room was good, with the exception of the room being booked for 4 adults, the pullout couch in main room only slept one adult. The other had to sleep on part of the couch. Also, the room was only set-up for two adults.
Overall though we enjoyed our stay and would reserve this hotel in the future.

9/10 Wonderful! (1,005 reviews)
NOT A resort. A glorified hotel. Because I booked through Hotels.com there was ZERO effort to try and accommodate adding a night. They made me check out and then wait until 4pm to check back in, taking all my info, ID, credit card as if I was a brand new guest. Workout room is tired and sad with broken equipment and grungy gross carpet. Restarrant had really good food for a reasonable price.
The staff were polite, just not properly trained. Seems more like $$ extraction and less like hospitality.

Everyone was so helpful. We are seniors and Tim carried our luggage upstairs. They had someone to load our luggage morning we left also. Yummy breakfast both mornings. Loved our B&B!
