Find many sightseeing locations in close walking distance, enjoy a coffee in one of the many coffeehouses, eat well in restaurants, have a walk to St. Stephens Cathedral, visit many places along the ring and the historic city central. Again, find all this in walking distance. Should you decide to use public transport, find the next metro station right at the end of your building and hop there. So perfect access to public transport. The apartment offers three separate bedrooms (no walk through rooms), maybe not huge but perfectly suitable for a group or family which prefers enough privacy. Find an additional living room, a kitchen, a bathroom with walk in shower and a separate toilet room (so 6 rooms in total, no walk-through). Keep contact with your beloved at home through free high speed WiFi. LOCATION The first district The first district makes up the historical heart of Vienna, where the magnificent Ringstraße, historical architecture, government buildings, touristic enterprises and large company headquarters come together to make the first district not only the touristic, but also the economic centre of the city. As the oldest of Vienna’s districts, dating back to the Roman ages, it has found a place on the UNESCO World Heritage list. The grand pedestrian shopping streets Graben and Kärntner Straße join at the central St. Stephen’s Square (Stephansplatz), where locals and tourists alike come together to enjoy the historic sights, browse through one of the many fashion stores, relish in a traditional Melange and Sacher cake in one of the famous Viennese coffee houses, or just stroll through the winding side streets and take in the Viennese atmosphere. The location The apartment is located in Esslinggasse. Its unique and central location makes it the perfect starting point from which to discover Vienna city and all of its magnificent nooks and crannies. Some of Vienna’s most note-worthy sights, such as the Hofburg Palace complex, City Hall and St. Stephen’s Cathedral are just a few minutes of walking away. Lovers of arts, sciences, and imperial collections can enjoy a trip to the Fine Arts Museum (Kunsthistorisches Museum), Natural History Museum (Naturhistorisches Museum), Albertina Museum or Imperial Treasury (Kaiserliche Schatzkammer). Those that want a break from the bustle of the city can retreat to the Burggarten Park or City Hall Square (Rathausplatz) Park. The metro station just around the corner at Stephansplatz connects you to the metro lines U1 and U3. Die Lage der Wohnung war super und das Haus an sich sehr schön. Die Wohnung selbst war wie ein Loch. Meine Kinder hatten am Anfang Angst dort zu bleiben. Die Zimmer so klein, dass man nicht mal von beiden Seiten in die Betten kam. Das Badezimmer war nicht sauber. Die Toilette stank nach Zigarettenrauch. Die Küche war indiskutabel (abgestandenes Wasser in Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine) und es gab nicht wirklich Platz für eine 4-köpfige Familie zum Essen, obwohl die Wohnung für bis zu 8 Leute ausgeschrieben ist! Fazit - Wohnung nur zum Schlafen, aber dafür ist sie viel zu teuer! ##### Nadja H. Leider lässt die Sauberkeit zu Wünschen übrig. In sichtbaren Bereich war es sauber, ansonsten unter den Betten und an anderen Möbeln (Schrank, Sofa, Handtuchhalter) angesammelter Staub. Ausstattung ist teilweise sehr alt (Sofa und Betten, Matratzen) Wände würden Farbe benötigen. Es fehlt Geschirr wie zBsp. Gläser und Müslie-Schalen. Der Wohnzimmertisch wackelt stark. Lüftungsmöglichkeit von 2 Zimmern nur eingeschränkt durch Kippfenster möglich. Nachts bei geschlossen Fensterläden keine Möglichkeit zu lüften. Im ganzen Haus finden gerade Renovierungsarbeiten statt. Das hat uns der Vermieter nach der Buchung mitgeteilt. Da im Eingangsbereich sehr viel Staub war, hat in und vor der Wohnung eine Staubmatte gefehlt. Im August sind wohl die arbeiten im Eingangsbereich erledigt. ##### Andreas S. Am nächsten Tag wollte ich probieren, wurde aber vom Vermieter nicht akzeptiert weil angeblich keine Buchungen mehr angenommen werden. Stand aber als frei drin. FEWO- Direkt nein danke. Lieber direkt im Hotel. Das Bewertungsportal ist total unflexibel. Wir können über die Wohnung nichts sagen. War sicher sauber mit guter Lage. ##### Robert B. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter gestaltet sich angenehm und einfach. Es wird bei Fragen umgehend geantwortet. Die Wohnung selbst bietet alles, was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment war hierfür perfekt gelegen. Es ist zentral, dafür sehr ruhig, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind direkt vor der Tür. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind auch in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zur erreichen. Herr Eller hat immer umgehend auf Emails und Anrufe reagiert und war stets sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
