The room was excellent. Our only minor inconvenience was that the room was quite warm. The provided fan was helpful but a little ac would have been a wonderful addition. Great parking and easy to get to. Would definitely recommend and will stay again if the opportunity presents itself.

It was okay but seemed tired and quite dark. Very noisy up above early on a Sunday morning... couldn't have coffee as there weren't any creamers of any description.

I highly recommending this place. Clean, well organized and have near by Save on Foods and other shops. The host did a very good job for a nice accommodation. Only 25 minutes drive away from downtown Victoria. I was happy with my stay. I am looking forward to my next stay in a new future!

We found the facility clean, comfortable, and quiet. The only issue we had was the slippery tub/shower. We are seniors and would recommend a tub mat and a grab bar to aid in safe access to tub and showerWe found the location excellent for our needs. Thank you.

Quiet, clean, convenient

For us, we just needed a quiet place to sleep while visiting Victoria for a hockey tournament. Host was prepared and the place was clean and quiet. Great price point as well.

I enjoyed our stay and appreciate the location/ amenities. However, I did notice that some areas like all baseboards and the bathroom wall tile around the sink could use a deeper clean. Upon our arrival there was quite a bit of noise upstairs which made it hard to relax but settled after dinner. A bit of extra attention there would really improve the overall experience. Thank you for hosting.

Property is clean nice etc. However it is not "entire place with 1 bedroom". You could interpreted it like that, but the whole place is just a very small room, just 1 room. That's it. Yes, you can call it entire place 1 bedroom, or you could call it "a small room". That "a small" room however is very clean, renovated, convenient, etc, and the host is nice and helpful.
