Parking is available for one vehicle beside the suite entrance or there is also lots of street parking. The kitchen is fully stocked and makes meal preparations easy and enjoyable. Full bathroom with shower and bathtub. Convenient laundry facilities are located in the common area of the house. Located in a quiet, safe, and peaceful neighborhood. The gorgeous beach is within a 5-minute walk. A majestic West Coast forest is only 1 block away from the house! Attention Royal Roads University students - RRU is only a 15-minute walk. Shopping, restaurants, and nightlife is a short 5-minute drive from the house. Only a 25-minute drive to downtown Victoria, 20 minutes to the popular Bear Mountain Resort, or 30 minutes away from the surfing in Sooke! I gave it 4 stars as I was staying with a family of 4 people (6 years, 8 years and 2 adults) attending a wedding in the area and it did become a bit tight. We had to move some things to get the extra bed out.However the flat was spotlessly clean, warm, cozy and dry and came with everything you need even a plug in kettle! We are a family of 3 and found the place great. There was a very comfortable murphy bed in the living room which my daughter used. We were about a 25 minute drive to downtown and it was a wonderful base for all our travels. There is a nice beach just down the road. Great location and nice bakery close by. ##### Craig P.
