You will hear footsteps upstairs but we are very respectful when we have guests. \*\*NO PARTIES or Other Guests allowed There is a beautiful view of the valley and sunrise from the patio and living room. At night you can see glimpses of the lights from downtown Victoria. There is also a propane fire table and an outdoor couch for the use of suite guests. Kitchen\*\* Coffee Bar - Includes Drip Coffee maker, Keurig Coffee Machine, small manual espresso maker, tea kettle and pot. What a beautiful spot to call home tho. Yes the parking spot is tight but there is parking in the keyhole culdesac it is located in - where a larger vehicle could have parked. Walking up to the door we were impressed and then we walked in and it is such a beautiful and welcoming suite. Everything & anything is there for you, it truly is like walking into home. It was so nice and clean with a full kitchen. Quiet spot for coffee in the morning outside and the hot tub to soak in after a day exploring. About 30 minutes from Victoria it was nice to be away in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to get to the city. ##### William W.
