The home is located in an up scale neighborhood on a very quiet street. There is a large kitchen and eating area, as well a a large living room. Two big bedrooms would easily accommodate four adults.Enjoy Your Stay.

We had a great stay at your accomomdations. It was in good location for us and quiet in evening. Nice amount of room so that with 2 couples staying, there was some space.

The orange 1970’s sofa/pullout in the living room is painful to sit on… can’t believe it’s even there. No dish cloth for cleaning counters, dishes etc, not even a face cloth. Not sound proof at all, can hear the people next door making out. The toilet seal needs to be replaced, and fan was thick with dust. Light fixtures throughout were missing bulbs, and lots filled with bugs. Light switches filthy, overall cleanliness questionable. For the amount charged, this place didn’t even meet basic expectations

We got more supplies promptly when requested. Smoke alarm was dealt with promptly. Liked the easy to use door lock..Living room was spacious and bright.One bedroom was missing curtains. The other bedroom had no dresser. For a 30-day stay a dresser would be very helpful.

Adequate and clean

It was fine, but not quiet. Someone in the attached home did a drum practice each day around 4pm. In the living room area, there were only bright overhead lights, no lamps for softer light. Other lightbulbs were burned out. The bed was very comfortable in the back bedroom, but the blinds let in light at night.

I am so grateful that we got to stay here. I had to be in Victoria due to a medical emergency. This space was a perfect retreat following busy days at the hospital. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and it was nice to sit on the couch and watch a movie each night. The blinds are in need of updating/fixing but it didn't bother us. This is a perfect spot for a small family to stay in while visiting Victoria/ Saanich for any reason.
