What a disappointment

It was a pity our stay in this hotel. We had stayed a long time ago and never had an issue here. However, this time the staff was not welcoming, incredibly rude and did not understand a sensitive situation regarding my niece, who is a minor.

Nos alojamos en este hotel durante nuestra estancia de 3 días en Veracruz. Tiene una ubicación conveniente y es fácil ir caminando a todas partes. El hotel se ve muy bien desde fuera, pero necesita una renovación en el interior. Los muebles son muy viejos y se están cayendo a pedazos y el hotel necesita mantenimiento. La cama era cómoda, pero las almohadas eran horribles. La presión de la ducha era muy buena, pero el cabezal de la ducha se iba en todas direcciones. Pedimos servicio de habitaciones y la comida era realmente buena.

Realmente superó mis expectativas, venía un poco temerosa por las reseñas de varias personas, pero al estar aquí me doy cuenta que no le pide nada, tiene todo el hotel y para el costo, esta excelente, el personal es muy amable y en limpieza mega bien, las habitaciones están excelentes, volvería a a venir sin problema 💕

Excelente ubicación e instalación, pero la atención en recepción no fue tan cordial como esperaba. Una de las toallas estaba muy gastada y delgada. Considero que por ser un edificio con muchos años, se escucha mucho ruido. La habitación muy bien y el baño muy amplio.
