Das Zimmer und vor allem das Badezimmer waren ziemlich abgewohnt und nicht wirklich sauber und somit zu teuer. Das Frühstück, das nur bis 9.30 angeboten wurde, war ganz ok. Schade bin seit 20 Jahren immer wieder mal in dem Hotel gewesen. Nun glaube ich, es war das letzte Mal. The front desk staff gives you a map at check in and I was able to ask their opinion to narrow down the places I had in mind to visit in our short time in Venice. The room was in a back building and had air conditioning although not too strong. Walls kind of thin so you can hear neighbors, no television, but still nice. Wifi was strong in the room and free. Breakfast is free and great, eat in the little courtyard. Coming from the airport buy a round trip (30 euros) Alliaguna ferry boat ticket. Best deal. Otherwise a taxi from the airport is almost 100 euros one way. Just jump on the blue line and although it is a long ride it is a pleasant trip into Venice. The stop closest to the hotel is only 3 blocks away. Im Großen und ganzen sind wir absolut zufrieden. Das Frühstück hätte etwas gesünder gestaltet sein können und nach 24Uhr kommt man nicht mehr ins Hotel. Zudem dauerte es ungefähr 10 Minuten bis warmes Wasser kam. The rooms on view in the ad are the better ones. But beware if you get stuck in the old annexe. No aircon. No tea/coffee facilities. only one power socket (the other had been removed), so we had to rotate the devices which needed charging. The room was so small we could hardly squeeze past the large fan supplied in place of the non-existent aircon, with about 2 feet around the (comfortable) bed the only space. The view out of the window was a wall opposite, about 10 metres away. The shower was broken (you had to hold the tap with one hand to keep water running). When we asked for another room, we were offered the choice of paying another 60 Euros per night, or they would get "the man" to repair the shower. We opted for the man, who never appeared. One handed showering in a high-humidity environment is not the best experience I've ever had! There was only one hanger in the wardrobe. The breakfast was meagre, the drinks from vending machines were rubbish. Fourth time in Venice. First time ever disapppointed. The staff were friendly but incompetent. They gave me a room on third floor and I had to take stairs with luggage in my hands. There was no lightening and some small animals were on the building walls. I was freaked but I had to stay. There was only one electricity plug in the room. Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per 3 notti durante il ponte del 25 aprile con un amica. Partiamo dal presupposto che lo stanno ristrutturando e quindi determinate aree dell'albergo non erano al meglio proprio perché provvisorie e prossime all'essere sostituite con quelle definitive, a parte ciò non ho cose negative da dire, avevamo la dependance quindi con il bagno privato, la camera è molto essenziale, letto, comodini, bagno con doccia senza finestra ma con la ventola e armadio. Forse l'unica cosa "negativa" da dire per quanto riguarda l'ala dove erano collocate le dependance è che le pareti sono molto sottili, quindi se i tuoi vicini hanno la voce un po alta si sente tutto, noi siamo state fortunate e non abbiamo avuto nessun problema. Nella prenotazione era inclusa la colazione la quale offre un ampia scelta di cibo e bevande adatta per tutti, il ristorante invece non ha molta varietà ma la pizza è ottima ed è un buon appoggio se non si sa dove andare, solo una cortezza, la domenica è chiuso. La pulizia era impeccabile, asciugamani e lenzuola sempre puliti e pavimenti perfetti. Lo staff era gentilissimo e molto cordiale, la zona è assolutamente perfetta, nel rione Dorsoduro a 10 minuti a piedi da pizza San Marco assolutamente perfetto. Quando tornerò a Venezia sono sicura che tornerò a soggiornare qui, mi sono trovata molto bene. Après en avoir parlé avec la réceptionniste, aucune solution ne nous a été offerte, s'agissant d'une "erreur" selon elle. El hotel lo están remodelando para mejorar sus instalaciones pero aún así está bastante limpio. Nosotros teníamos habitación con baño propio. El personal muy amable, nos guardaron las maletas durante todo el día una vez abandonada la habitación.
