I thought from the pictures the hotel would be kind of dingy but the room was very well maintained and the staff were friendly. The buffet breakfast was super fresh and delicious as well. I liked that we weren’t in the busiest area but still totally accessible to all the action with a 5 min walk.

The hotel is divided into two separate units that are a bit away from each other. The room that was given to us named (Academia) was simply amazing. The view was fantastic and the location very practical. The room although vintage was very large and amenable.

The place was challenging to find, but all of Venice is a challenge. It’s a bit longer to walk from the train station than we thought, but we were pleasantly treated to a great room in a great location. The room was clean and extremely spacious! It was located in a great area close to the water taxis. Easy walking to most attractions. Lots of great restaurants nearby. I would recommend this place. Absolutely charming!

The room was lovely and the reception staff so helpful to us! Due to our schedule we were unable to enjoy the free breakfast, but it sure smelled yummy! I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers.

The room was very clean, comfortable and convenient for our stay. The breakfast was good and the lady in charge was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay. The view out our window was not great but we we didn't spend much time in the room anyway. If we had asked for a room with a view I'm sure we would have gotten one.

Air conditioner Room is clean, beautiful views of the canal. The area is not so busy, but it is busy. Definitely people were jealous of that of that room. It had that real Italian feel if I ever go back to Venice I’m staying here

The place was clean, definitely a bit confusing to find the location but once you do it all works out. Nice staff. The room was honestly fine but overall I just would give it 3 stars at best. Not bad for the price but don’t expect to be wowed with luxury by any means

This was an excellent hotel in a fabulous location. The staff was helpful and helped secure a water taxi for our trip to the airport. The property is clean and comfortable and the breakfast is excellent!
