So, Stephanie, from this Best Western motel, personally called to inform me of the dire driving conditions and of the limited staff and services that would be available, should I decide to come. Her proactive, safety minded information helped me decide that I should cancel my trip up north. She also took care of cancelling my reservation. "The staff was super nice and motel is in a convenient location right near a Walmart and a few restaurants. Heater worked and water got very warm! That being said, it was dusty and there was lots of crumbs and stuff on the floor. Definitely needed a good cleaning. The king mattress was just two twins put together. Lastly it seemed a little sketchy and at one point a few cops were there. Overall a good stay though."
