"Very nice place. Clean. Good breakfast. Gave us extra towels and pillows when asked. Staff were polite and attentive. Price was reasonable. Only problem was that there were metal squares protruding on the bed frame and we kept hitting them on the backs of our legs when getting out of bed. Also, the pillow cases were “pilly” so they need to invest in new ones. We would stay again but bring our own pillow cases. Overall a good stay."

"Our room looked out to the parking lot and the main entrance of the hotel, couldn’t open the blinds as we would be on full display. The room was just off the front desk so there were always people around when coming and going from the hotel, very congested. Very disappointed, The room was freezing, 62 degrees, we were finally given a space heater to warm the space but still had cold air blowing on our heads. The shower was nice, plenty of hot water. Breakfast was good and had a nice view. The downstairs bar was nice and had popcorn available. It is a nice hotel, but our room left much to be desired."

"our room was very nice and clean stayed two nights and every thing was good, i would recommend this place to stay right close to town and easy access to everything. check in you have to call for a personal entry code to get into the room it went smoothly for easy entry."

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Earl! We had a room with a balcony and view of Round Lake and it was amazing! Great location, awesome rooftop bar, great coffee, great service, and very clean! Couldn't recommend it more!"

"This lovely home is an Absolute Architectural Gem! Our family of 5 recently stayed at this incredible home in Charlevoix, and we cannot say enough good things about it. The house itself is an architectural masterpiece that has been meticulously kept and was fastidiously clean upon our arrival. It managed to be both stunningly beautiful and entirely comfortable for all of us. While the indoor spaces were spectacular, we all especially fell in love with the amazing patio. The views from the property are so lovely, and the location couldn't be better. We loved being walkable to downtown Charlevoix and the Lake Michigan beach. Charlevoix itself is an amazing place with so much to do. We would love to plan a return trip to this wonderful town, and we absolutely hope to stay in this phenomenal home again. Thank you for a perfect stay!"
