Easy to get UBC and Down Town, close to the, beaches, restaurants, bus routes and surrounded by parks. The space is totally private with private entrance in a safe, quiet and trendy neighbourhood. Very nice area to walk. There is free street parking in-front of the house. We are Super Host with Airbnb. Other things to note: the space is not a basement nor condo. It is a garden suite with access to the backyard. The apartment had a walk out to the backyard with table and chairs and a barbecue with a nice view of the beautiful garden. The kitchenette had all the amenities you need and was perfect for our five day stay.Thank you to our host for all the extras too (coffee tea, milks, Yogourt, eggs and snacks too). The house is close to many beaches and to UBC, Kitsilano and Granville. We walked easily to lovely coffee bars on 10th. We would rent here again. ##### Donna B.
